Well this week has been just that, the week of early starts. I mean they’re never late starts but if get to 7am I am generally on cloud 9. This week however started bright and early, literally, at the gold time of 4.58. Now I know it is basically 5 but whist there it is win the hour 4 it is just wrong. So bloody wrong, and that was Monday. Started as meant to go on. What I have learnt from this week, and of course Instagram, is that this Early Mums Club is a thing. I am certainly not alone being up at the crack of dawn and many a mum are right there with me necking the coffee. This ones for your Mumas, I hear feel you. Our time will come when we can’t get our kids up. I am sure we will be so used to the early starts we’ll still be up at stupid o’clock by then, but it in theory there will be considerably less toddler demands thrown our way…. instead… ‘Mum I am late for school can you take me please’.
Well I don't know about you but I am not feeling too beautiful right about now. An awful lot of required is a Muma before 7.30 of a morning and today has the makings of 'one of those days'. Here's hoping I am wrong. However both my porridge and coffee remain untouched and cold so we're not starting strong, up from here right? On a side note I love this print from @ohprettyprints
7.45 people 7.45!! The stuff dreams are made off 🙌🙌. It was touch and go circa the 5am hour but we made it through. I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. So in other news, I might attempt to take my two two year olds to the cinema this morning… it's a 'kids' viewing so 1. It is cheap(er) and 2. There should be lots of other wavering attention spans, anyone ever attempted this with their toddlers?? Is it worth a go or shall I hang fire, for a year or 3?
