Last week we were incredibly lucky to be invited to spend a week at Butlins Minehead. I am no stranger to this holiday hotspot, having spent many a childhood holiday there. I have also taken my children there, last year, and the year before. I am a firm believer in not judging a book by it’s cover and Butlins is no exception. I used to love my holidays at Butlins, they were non stop fun and activity for whatever age I was. This remains the case, and my one and two year old were in their toddler heaven all last week, albeit in slightly better accommodation than that of my youth. So here are a few simple snippets from my Instagram of our week in Butlins…
My SUPERstar being all super and playing pairs on the patio this sunny afternoon. She and her brother have been in their element today. Rides, slides, toys and cars to name but a few activities. We are all exhausted and tucked up for an early night as no doubt tomorrow will be another toddler led day.of.fun… 🤗Nuh night all
Somehow we've managed to grab another gloriously sunny day here at @officialbutlins suffice to say the kids are in their element. The girl is currently being pushed on the swing, after driving round Little Tykes Town after going on the bikes, after going on the rides, you get the idea yeah?! It is currently my turn to sit in sun with a glass of something bubbly. I'll do no doubt have to repay the favour soon but for now…enjoy!
Another blue sky day here at @officialbutlins the little ones continue to #livethedream with non stop fun. Their Day is a quest of one fun thing to another. If however they don't get to do their next fun activity all hell breaks loose. So here I stand watching my two with beaming smiles as they go on the train ride, again, with Daddy, lucky chap.
