#FamilyFun…Week 28

#FamilyFun…Week 28

Hola everyone, welcome and thank you for joining us at #familyfun…week 28, boy the weeks are just rolling by. I am just going to say a huge thank you to all of you linking with us, you really do make it what it is. The only other thing I do have to say and don’t really want to is we have noticed commenting can be a little iffy. I don’t really want to be the comment police but it does just help to make sure no one is left without feeling the love when everyone comments on the post before theirs. It would be nice if everyone had a comment from others, other than just me or Karen.

Anywho, my featured post this week is the lovely Helen from Just Saying Mum with The Tab That Is Open On My Laptop. I loved this post for many reason, one it reminded me of something I have always wanted to do. Well since I was a teen and watching ER (yes I know) but it was the episodes where the doctors went to the Congo to provide medical assistance and ever since it has been something I felt I could do. I also loved this post because Helen’s has provided me with some much needed insight and perspective of late. Whilst I feel in the thick of raising toddlers with very little ‘outside’ stimulus for myself, Helen reminds, no more than that, shows me that it is not forever and a time for me will come again, probably sooner than I might like or realise. So thank you Helen.

The winner of the vote was the fabulous Crummy Mummy with Why I’ve Written Off My Thirties. Natalie speaks an awful lot of sense in this post and again reiterates what I was saying above. She has a well reasoned logic and made me feel a little better about myself. A much deserved winner of the vote.

Feel free to grab the badge guys.
